Dialogues Exhibit by Melinda Eckley Posey; Union University; Jackson - Dialogues, an exhibit by Melinda Eckley Posey, will be on display at the Union University Art Gallery Jan. 10 - Feb. 17. ^upstARTS downtown> Art Exhibit; The Ned; 314 East Main Street; Downtown Jackson - Everyone is invited to the “^upstARTS downtown> Art Exhibit” featuring stunning regional college and university artwork from Jackson State Community College, Lane College, and Union University in the Main Gallery at the Ned R. McWherter West Tennessee Cultural Arts Center. The exhibit is free and open to the public and will run from Jan. 3 through Feb. 27. Da Vinci Machines and Robotics Traveling Exhibit; Discovery Park of America; 830 Everett Blvd.; Union City - Come and see the 2017 spring traveling exhibition from Italy, Da Vinci Machines and Robotics! Guests will walk through the life and works of Leonardo Da Vinci and interact with the machines he made before the world was ready. Innovation at its beginnings. Masters of Soul; The Ned; 134 Main Street; Downtown Jackson (Madison County) - The Ned R. McWherter West TN Cultural Arts Center presents Masters of Soul.  Tickets are $25/$30. Masters of Soul; The Ned; 314 East Main Street; Downtown Jackson - In the early 60's some of the most iconic names in the history of popular music were discovered in the Motor City of Detroit, MI, better known simply as MOTOWN & SOUL.  MASTERS OF SOUL is a celebration of these artists, their music and style. The show features stylishly costumed fully choreographed tributes to both male and female groups backed by a live band.  MASTERS OF SOUL includes the popular TFC Dance Band AND The Fabulous Crooners Doo-Wop singers. The Crooners stroll pre-show while after the show, your guests continue to dance to the best Top 40, Disco, R&B and Rock n Roll.
